Every portrait is made with love, just for your pup. Here’s everything you need to know before and after you order.
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once a portrait file has been downloaded or accessed.
No physical products are shipped and no returns are accepted. Any return windows, methods, or refund policies that may appear on external platforms such as Google are for compliance purposes only and do not apply to digital portrait orders.

If you experience any issues such as a damaged file, a download error, or something that does not look right, email us at info@ouryorkie.com within 48 hours of receiving your portrait and we will be happy to assist.

A great photo makes a great portrait.
The quality of your reference photo has a big impact on the final result. To get the best portrait possible, please submit a photo that meets the following:
- Well lit and clear. Natural daylight works best.
- High resolution. Not blurry or pixelated.
- Your Yorkie’s face is clearly visible and unobstructed.
- Taken at eye level or slightly above for the best angle.
We are not responsible for portrait quality issues that result from blurry, dark, or low resolution reference photos. If you are unsure whether your photo works, just send it over and we will let you know before you complete your order.
